Every question corresponds to a process step of our DORA blueprint and names the article the obligation follows from.
Regulation (EU) 2022/2554
The Digital Operational Resilience Act has applied directly since 17 January 2025.
Level 2: RTS and ITS
Risk management per RTS 2024/1774, classification per RTS 2024/1772, reporting per RTS 2025/301 and ITS 2025/302, register of information per ITS 2024/2956.
Resilience testing
Annual tests of critical systems (Art. 24) and TLPT every three years for designated entities (RTS 2025/1190).
