Andreas leads product development and overall coordination. He combines deep expertise in process digitalization and regulatory IT projects with proven hands-on software delivery. As a holder of the IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate and a master’s student in Entrepreneurship, he brings strategic thinking, pragmatic execution and a broad network across finance and IT.

Antonio Schieferl is responsible for sales at Agentic360. He brings more than three decades of international experience in business development, strategic advisory and building client and partner relationships. His career includes leadership roles in real estate and investment as well as market development for Apple in Colombia. He combines international negotiation experience with knowledge of European and Latin American markets and speaks German, Spanish and English.

M.Sc. in Meteorology focused on data analysis and machine learning. Kátia leads AI development and data integration. She designs and steers LLM models, training and the data pipelines that process and analyze legal texts.

Studied information technology at the University of Transport Engineering in Dresden. Over 25 years of experience as a software developer focused on mainframe programming, signature verification and security architectures. Extensive knowledge of Python and various programming languages on z/OS, UNIX, Linux and Windows.

Lawyer (LL.B.) and engineering graduate with an international profile and an M.Sc. in International Technology Transfer Management. Jimmy brings regulatory expertise and experience from interdisciplinary innovation projects. As an external advisor, he supports Agentic360 on regulatory matters, market analysis and business development. His legal and business-administration skills complement a strong track record in market analysis and business development.

Studied mathematics and physics in Heidelberg and Cambridge. Has been working with machine learning, AI and LLMs for around six years.
