Software & GRC vendors

Your customers want regulation inside the product — not yet another tool beside it.

If you sell GRC, industry or specialist software to regulated customers, you have to keep rulebooks current, make AI features auditable and get through registers and contracts yourself as a provider. Agentic360 provides target processes, agents and evidence logic through open interfaces — as an integration, as your own module or under your own brand.

Typical obligations

What typically lands on your desk

Maintaining regulatory content

Regulations, deadlines and level-2 standards keep changing; every state has to be evidenced and versioned.

Your role under the EU AI Act

Whoever places an AI system on the market under their own name is a provider. Whoever passes on a high-risk system under their own brand or substantially modifies it takes on provider obligations under Article 25.

Auditable for financial customers

Where banks or insurers rely on your service, you are regularly an ICT third-party provider under DORA — with the register of information, Article 30 contract clauses and exit strategies.

Integration without friction

Your customers expect SSO, ticketing, GRC and ERP connections — and that AI actions with external effect stay subject to approval.

How Agentic360 helps

Building blocks that fit into your product

The ways software and GRC vendors can work with the platform — each linked to its detail page.

Open interfaces

Every agent and workflow is reachable via REST, webhooks and the MCP protocol; over Google’s A2A, agents talk to any compliant client. ServiceNow GRC is connected both ways.

Blueprints and regulation as content

Curated target processes grounded in primary sources for AML, DORA, MaRisk & BAIT and NIS2; the Regulation Watcher monitors legal sources continuously.

Your own module, your own brand

As with Premium Quoting Pro, a partner product can run on the platform as its own module with its own service and data set, reachable over the partner API. Via the partner portal the platform also runs under your own brand.

Model-agnostic, sovereign to operate

Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral or self-hosted on vLLM and Ollama — the same routing, the same guardrails, the same audit trail. From EU SaaS to air-gapped, with distributed installations managed via Fleet Control.

From a running pilot

Premium Quoting Pro: a partner product as its own module

Premium Quoting Pro prices insurance premiums across several European markets and runs as its own module on Agentic360 — with its own service, its own data set and a review path up to the partner’s professional sign-off. The data set exports as a datacube, and the endpoints are reachable over the partner API. The module runs as a pilot.

Regulations

Relevant regulations at a glance

  • Provider obligations for high-risk systems (Art. 9–15) from 2 December 2027; role change under Art. 25.

  • For your financial customers: ICT third-party risk, register and contract clauses (Art. 28–30).

  • Supply chain security: your customers assess their direct suppliers.

  • GDPR

For personal data your product processes.

  • ISO/IEC 27001

Platform controls are ISO 27001-aligned — the platform itself is not certified.

Whether and to what extent a regulation applies to your organisation depends on size, sector and business model. This overview is orientation, not legal advice.
